We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications with professionalism, coordinating team interactions, and handling executive-level tasks with efficiency.

 Role & Responsibilities:

  • Personnel Management: Process and maintain personnel information, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.
  • Data Management: Develop, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, databases, and other systems; retrieve and analyze data as needed.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute written communications, such as agendas, emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Research & Reporting: Compile and analyze data for departmental use in meetings, budget reviews, or special events.
  • Records Maintenance: Manage electronic and paper filing systems; monitor updates, changes, and deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Handle departmental reception duties, direct calls/emails, and assist with customer service requests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Create and manage spreadsheets, invoices, requisitions, and agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

We’re seeking a skilled fire alarm technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Install, service, program, test, inspect, and troubleshoot both basic and complex fire alarm systems with minimal supervision.

- Be available for overtime, including nights and weekends, to respond to emergency calls as needed.

- Coordinate effectively with contractors, customers, building maintenance staff, and office personnel to manage daily workloads.

- Identify code violations and non-conformance issues with precision.

- Make informed recommendations for system installation improvements confidently and accurately.

- Commit to completing all troubleshooting and repair tasks on assigned customer systems.

- Maintain an exceptional work ethic and a keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

- High school diploma required; industry experience preferred.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Extensive knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, fire alarm system theory, OSHA requirements, and industry standards for fire alarm system installation.

- Experience with various system manufacturers, including Gamewell-FCI, Siemens, Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Firelite, and others.
